Preparation
Put the bulgur in a pot and pour boiling water, add salt to taste and cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes. Most of the water will have been absorbed by then, if there is a lot of water left, drain the bulgur. Remove from the heat, cover the pot and leave for 5-10 minutes until the bulgur is tender.
