Ingredients

wheat flour, sugar, chocolate pieces 15% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, aroma), cocoa powder
with reduced fat content, egg white, raising agents: sodium carbonate and diphosphates; egg, aroma, glucose syrup, palm fat
cores, emulsifiers: esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids with acetic acid and mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; dye: ammonia
– sulfite caramel, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), milk proteins, thickener:
xanthan, stabilizer: potassium phosphates.

Preparation

Mix the powder mixture with water and oil. Beat with an electric beater or processor on the highest speed for 3 minutes. Then stir the chocolate chips into the batter. Spread the cupcakes out on the baking sheet and fill them with about 63g of batter (about 1cm below the rim). Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200°C for 18-20 min.
