Add the appropriate amount of yeast to the measured mixture and stir. Then mix with the specified amount of lukewarm water and oil, work thoroughly and store in a warm place. After half an hour, knead the dough and leave it to rise for another hour. Then divide the dough into pieces and fill with jam or curd. Brush the surface of each bun with oil and leave on the baking trays to rise for another 20 min. Bake at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes.
