Preparation
1/ Place the frozen pasta in salted boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes. OR 2/ Convection machine: Put approx. 1 kg in a GN container. Add a little oil and mix well. Preheat the food processor to 95°C and steam the pasta for 10 minutes.
